I think you could afford to add a few more segments into the bends of the tentacle as it seems a little hard bent, if you know what I mean. Just add a few more ring loops into those bends.
One thing that I might suggest is making your textures less grainy. I used to often get criticism for having too many sharp, grainy textures everywhere- it makes object little distinguishable from one another. Like color, there should be a gray scale of detail as well.
